1. What Fynva is
Fynva is an AI-powered business coach for independent creators. Outputs are strategy suggestions — not financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for decisions you make using them.
2. Your account
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. Keep your credentials safe. One person per account.
3. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no spam, no attempts to reverse-engineer or resell the service, no use that violates a platform's own terms.
4. Billing
Pro plans are billed via Stripe. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew yearly. Cancel anytime from Billing — access continues until the end of the paid period. All sales final; no partial refunds.
5. Content ownership
You own what you input and what Fynva generates in your account. We store chats to give you continuity and to improve service quality. We do not sell your data or share it with platforms.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is." We may update features, pricing, or these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app.
7. Termination
You can delete your account (and everything in it) from Profile → Danger Zone. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
