Profile inputs: platform, audience size, goals — used only to personalize responses.
Chat content: messages you send and Fynva's replies, so you have a continuous coaching history.
Billing: Stripe handles payment details; we only store subscription status.
Analytics: aggregated, non-identifying page and feature usage to improve the product.
How we use it
To provide the service, personalize strategy, secure the account, process payments, and improve Fynva. We do not sell your data or share it with the platforms you monetize on.
AI providers
Messages are processed by AI model providers under a zero-retention arrangement — they do not train on your content.
Storage & security
Data is stored in encrypted managed infrastructure. Row-level access control ensures your data is only visible to you.
Your rights
Export or delete your data at any time from Profile → Danger Zone. Deletion is permanent and removes all associated content.

We use only essential cookies (session, auth). No third-party ad tracking.
